I began my career in pharmaceutical sales in 2017, working closely within dependently owned pharmacies. That early experience gave me a strong foundation in the day-to-day realities of pharmacy operations and a deep appreciation for the role they play in patient care. From there, I expanded into working with major health systems, managing multi-state territories an partnering with leading organizations across oncology, anesthesia, and specialty therapeutics.
Throughout my career, I've maintained a strong focus on independent pharmacies — particularly in the compounding space. I'm passionate about the flexibility it offers, allowing pharmacies to create customized medications that truly meet patient needs, while operating within a cash-pay model that supports sustainability and independence. It also provides a meaningful alternative to the challenges of traditional reimbursement structures, including complex fee systems and retroactive adjustments.
My experience across both independent and large-scale systems has shaped a results-driven, relationship-focused approach. I prioritize trust, consistency, and delivering real value to the providers and partners I work with. Today, I leverage that background to help scale a high-performing distribution network that supports clinics and pharmacies with reliable, high-quality solutions they can count on.
